Hardware Guarantee & Returns

Last Updated: 2024-01-09

Mining hardware is pushed to its absolute limits. We rigorously test our units before dispatch, but silicon and electrical components can fail. This page outlines exactly what our Hardware Guarantee covers.

1. What is Covered

Our 1-Year Guarantee covers out-of-the-box manufacturing defects and premature component failure under normal, factory-specification operating conditions.

  • Defective hashing boards.
  • Failed cooling fans (if running at default RPM curves).
  • Unresponsive controller boards upon initial boot.

2. What is strictly NOT Covered

Your warranty is immediately and permanently voided if any of the following occur:

  • Overclocking/Over-volting: Pushing the hardware beyond factory voltage or clock speeds.
  • Custom Firmware: Flashing unauthorized or third-party firmware (e.g., custom ASIC tuning software).
  • Physical Modification: Removing heatsinks, reapplying thermal paste, or soldering custom connections.
  • Environmental Damage: Operation in excessively hot environments, extreme humidity, or dust-clogged conditions resulting in thermal throttling/failure.
  • Power Surges: Damage caused by faulty wall wiring, ungrounded outlets, or using unapproved power supplies.

3. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

We do not accept blind returns. If you believe your hardware has failed under warranty, you must follow this protocol:

[ STEP 01 ]

Contact support with your Order ID and a detailed description of the failure.

[ STEP 02 ]

Cooperate with our digital troubleshooting. You will be required to submit system logs, console outputs, and photos of your physical setup.

[ STEP 03 ]

If approved, we will issue an RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.

[ STEP 04 ]

Upon receipt, we will physically inspect the hardware. If the unit failed due to a covered defect, we will repair it or ship a replacement at our expense.
