Global Shipping & Dispatch Policy
Last Updated: 2024-08-11
We ship high-performance mining hardware globally. Due to the value of our products and the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, our shipping and dispatch protocols are strictly enforced.
1. Order Processing & Blockchain Confirmation
Orders are not queued for physical dispatch until payment is fully secured.
- Crypto Payments: Dispatch timelines begin only after your transaction receives the required number of network confirmations on the respective blockchain.
- Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, standard hardware orders are typically tested, packed, and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and global holidays).
2. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship to most jurisdictions worldwide, but international buyers must be aware of their local import laws.
- Importer of Record: You, the buyer, are the importer of record. You are 100% responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs clearing fees levied by your country.
- Customs Delays: We have no control over local customs authorities. If your hardware is held at the border, you must contact your local customs office to resolve the delay.
- Abandoned Packages: If you refuse to pay import duties and the package is returned or destroyed by customs, you will NOT receive a refund.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Transit
All shipments are securely packaged and include tracking.
- Damage on Arrival: If your hardware arrives physically damaged from transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the unopened box, the opened box, and the damaged unit.
- Stolen Packages: Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" to the address provided, our liability ceases. We are not responsible for porch piracy or stolen deliveries.
